Hirify
For recruiting teams

Know what your ATS data can measure

Hirify connects to your ATS, reads twenty-four months of history and hands you a report: what your data can compute, what is missing and the action that fixes it.

The report changes nothing in your ATS · No score on candidates

What the report looks at

These extracts come from a report produced by Hirify on a fictional agency. Every page is marked as demonstration data. The report is shown in French.

What your data can measure

The list of metrics, each in one of three states: available, partial or pending. For the missing ones, the report gives the exact count and what to enter.

What your data can measure

What the team fills in

Time to first action, the share of rejections with a reason, application sources and scorecards filed after the interview, compared with the previous month.

What the team fills in

Queues to clear and records to complete

Applications never opened, records stuck at their stage, roles with no movement or no recruiter. Then the records missing a scorecard, a reason, a source or a CV. Each list opens in your ATS.

Queues to clear and records to complete

Where records wait

Open records per stage, the time spent at each before the next move, and the path of the year's applications.

Where records wait

The team's week

The week's movements, role by role, compared with the week before, with what is left to complete on each. A recap goes out by email every Monday.

How it works

  1. 1

    You connect your ATS

You connect your ATS to Hirify. It remains the system of record: nothing to migrate, nothing to re-enter.

  2. 2

Hirify reads twenty-four months of history

Roles, candidates and their CVs, applications, scorecards and stage history. The check covers every record in that period, not a sample.

  3. 3

    You get the report

We go through it with you. With the Hub, it then updates every month, with the team's week and the queues to clear.

What the audit does not do

  • It changes nothing in your ATS

The report reads the data. Fixes are still made by your team, in its own tool.

  • It scores no candidate

It measures what is entered and what is waiting. It computes no score on a profile.

  • It does not replace your ATS

Hirify is a Hub connected to the ATS. It is not one more applicant tracking system.

  • It does not test a CV

This page is for teams that hire. The audit covers the company's database, not an application.

A full sample report

Eight pages on Arbelle Recrutement, an agency that does not exist. Its recruiters, candidates and figures are fictional. They show the report as Hirify produces it, in French.

What Hirify accesses

Hirify reads your roles, candidates, their CVs, applications, scorecards and stage history through the connection your ATS provides for that purpose. The application servers and the database are in France.

Frequently asked questions

What is an ATS data audit?

An ATS data audit is a review of the data in a recruiting system to establish what it can measure, what is missing and who has to fix it. It comes before any reading of the metrics, because a rate computed on half-filled fields is wrong without any warning.

What should I do when my ATS data is not reliable?

Start by measuring where it is missing, field by field. Then fix what makes a metric readable fastest: make a field mandatory, close a list of values, complete the records on open roles. The history gets fixed as needs arise.

Which metrics does the audit cover?

Pipeline volumes and progression, time to hire, conversion rates, application sources, rejection reasons, interview scorecards, geographic spread and contract types. Each one is marked available, partial or pending depending on your data.

How do I know what share of applications has no source?

The report gives the number of applications without a source on open roles and opens the list of those records in your ATS. It also shows the share of the month's applications that have one, compared with the previous month.

Does the audit change anything in my ATS?

No. The report reads the data and changes none of it. Fixes are made in your ATS, by your team.

Does Hirify replace my ATS?

No. Your ATS remains the system of record. Hirify connects to it to read the database, enrich profiles after interviews and make the talent pool searchable.

Should you audit your data before changing ATS?

Yes. A migration carries over the flaws of the old database: duplicates, stages never closed, fields entered several ways. Knowing them before the export lets you decide what to bring over, what to fix and what to leave.

Does this audit cover AI Act compliance?

No. The audit described here is about data reliability. Whether a recruiting system complies with the EU AI Act is a separate subject.
