Which ATS platforms work with Hirify?

Hirify connects to your ATS through its API, reading and writing, with no migration and no change to how your recruiters work. Several ATS platforms can already be connected, with more on the way. What is Hirify?

Hirify plugs into your ATS. During your interviews (video, phone or in person) it takes the notes; afterwards it prepares the candidate profile, which you review and send to the ATS. Your whole database then becomes searchable with a simple question, such as "find me 5 B2B sales reps in Lyon". Read: the dormant talent pool nobody uses.

Does Hirify replace my ATS?

Hirify complements your existing ATS. It adds the intelligence layer most ATS platforms lack: putting your internal talent pool to work and enriching candidate profiles automatically after each interview.

Is Hirify an interview transcription tool?

Interview transcription (the Starter plan) is the entry point. The Hub connects that transcription to your ATS and structures your talent pool so you can actually use it. Compare interview summary tools.

How much does Hirify cost?

The Hub starts at €99 excl. VAT per user per month on annual billing, or €119 excl. VAT with no commitment. On top comes the setup of your talent pool, paid once based on the number of candidates in your ATS: we price it in the demo. What's the difference between Starter and Hub?

Starter covers capturing and transcribing your interviews, interview summaries, your own templates and 300 call minutes a month. Hub adds the connection to your ATS, chat and sourcing across your talent pool, dashboards and data health, with no call quota. The free trial runs on Starter. Where is Hirify data hosted?

The application servers and the database are hosted in France. Some processing, such as search across your talent pool, takes place outside the European Union or involves an entity established outside the Union: it falls under Chapter V of the GDPR.
