What is Hirify?

Hirify is the HR Hub connected to your ATS that puts your dormant talent pool to work. It enriches candidate profiles automatically after every interview and makes your whole database searchable in plain language.

Is Hirify an interview transcription tool?

Interview transcription (the Starter plan at €29 excl. VAT/month) is the entry point. The Hub (€49 to €59 excl. VAT/month) connects that transcription to your ATS and structures your talent pool so you can actually use it.

Which ATS platforms work with Hirify?

Hirify plugs into your ATS through its API, with no migration and no change to your existing candidate workflow. Our API-first architecture works with the main French and international ATS platforms on the HR market. Our team confirms compatibility with your ATS right from the demo.

Is Hirify GDPR and AI Act compliant?

Yes. The application and its data are hosted in France. Interview audio and content are processed within the European Union; the rare processing located outside the Union falls under Chapter V of the GDPR. Hirify complies with the GDPR and the AI Act: no opaque scoring, and every AI decision is explainable and auditable by your DPO.

How much does Hirify cost?

Three plans, priced per user excl. VAT: Starter (transcription) at €29/month, Hub monthly at €59/month, and Hub annual at €49/month (two months free). No setup fee, billed per seat. The Starter plan begins with a free trial.

What's the difference between Starter and Hub?

Starter covers interview transcription and note generation only. Hub adds the two-way ATS connection, AI chat over your talent pool (plain-language search), shared qualification templates, and automatic enrichment of candidate profiles after each interview.

Where is Hirify data hosted?

100% hosted in France, on Scalingo (Paris datacenter, sovereign infrastructure). The hirify.fr website and the Hirify application run on the same platform. Interview audio and content are processed within the European Union; the rare processing located outside the Union falls under Chapter V of the GDPR. Read our privacy policy.
