Who is behind Hirify

Hirify is a French recruitment software company, founded in September 2025 in Lyon by Robin Marquet and Aurélia Bret. We build the Hub, which plugs into a recruitment team's ATS, fills in the candidate profile after each interview and makes the talent pool searchable in plain language.

What Hirify does

Hirify helps recruitment teams find and reuse the candidates they have already met. After each interview, Hirify takes the notes, writes the summary and fills in the profile in the ATS, by default once the recruiter has approved it. The talent pool becomes searchable with a single question, for example “find me SOC profiles available in Paris”.

There are two plans. Starter takes the notes and writes the summaries, and the Hub adds the ATS connection, the talent pool and search. See pricing

The problem

The problem we work on

Recruitment teams start from scratch with every new role, even though their ATS already holds candidates they have assessed. Profiles are incomplete, assessments are thinly filled in, and information is scattered across the ATS, email and interview notes. That talent pool goes unused, and every hire restarts a sourcing effort that could often have been avoided.

Our principles

How we build Hirify

Three principles guide our product choices, from the first interview analysed to searching the talent pool.

AI assists, the recruiter decides
No numerical score on a candidate. Analyses rely on quotations from the interview and, by default, nothing is written to your ATS without an action from the recruiter.
Your ATS stays the reference
Hirify plugs into the ATS you already use. Nothing to migrate, and enriched profiles go back into your tool.
Hosted in France, published sub-processors
The application servers and the database are in France. The list of sub-processors and their locations is public.
