Recording works without a bot through the desktop app or the Chrome extension, and a mobile app captures in-person conversations.
Claap AI then lets you ask questions about one meeting, or about all meetings with the Business license. The tool also keeps its asynchronous video side, with AI-assisted editing and video replies. Claap's privacy policy, updated June 6, 2024, states hosting on AWS in an EU region. It specifies that data is transmitted, processed and stored in the EU or the United States depending on the subprocessor, and that AI features rely on OpenAI's enterprise API, with no training on your data.
Hirify is hosted in France, on Scalingo for the application and Scaleway for files. Transcription (Gladia) and AI analysis (Mistral) are processed in France. Semantic search relies on subprocessors outside the EU, declared on hirify.fr/securite.
