Metaview, whose teams are based in London and San Francisco, brings together a sourcing agent, application review, screening, an interview notetaker and reporting (metaview.ai). It can also pull candidates you have already met out of the ATS by matching their profile against past interview transcripts (metaview.ai). Its Trust Center mentions SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA and the EU AI Act (trust.metaview.ai).
A French team still often looks elsewhere, for three documented reasons. Data is hosted in an AWS environment in the United Kingdom (metaview.ai/privacy). Transcription covers French, among more than 50 languages, but no French interface is documented (support.metaview.ai). Finally, the pricing page shows the sourcing grid in dollars (free, $100 and $300 per month, Enterprise on quote) and does not publish the price of the notetaker.

Hirify is aimed at the French recruitment agency, IT services firm (ESN) or HR team that already has an ATS full of candidates and wants to put it back to use.
It is an HR Hub that connects to your ATS, reading and writing, with no migration. It takes notes of video, phone or in-person interviews and prepares the candidate profile, which the recruiter reviews before sending it to the ATS. The assistant answers questions in natural language about interviews and candidates already in the base, citing the interview minute as its source. Interview analysis produces no numerical score. It returns sourced facts and an assessment on five levels, and the decision stays with the recruiter. Sourcing ranks talent pool profiles against weighted criteria, in tiers, without displaying a score. On top of this come a data reliability report on the ATS and team reporting.
The application is hosted in France (Scalingo, with files on Scaleway), as are transcription (Gladia) and AI analysis (Mistral). Semantic search relies on subprocessors outside the EU, declared on hirify.fr/securite.
As for limits, Hirify does not search for profiles outside your talent pool and sends no messages to candidates. No SecNumCloud or ISO certification is claimed.
Prices excluding VAT, per user per month, are €29 for Starter (€24 billed annually) and €59 for Hub (€49 billed annually), with Volume on quote from 50 seats. The Starter trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card.
Noota suits a team that wants to automate the top of the recruitment funnel, from external sourcing to first interviews run by an agent.
The tool started from meeting note-taking and adds Noota Talent: AI-sourced candidates, interviews conducted by an agent, outreach by email and LinkedIn, and an ATS connection (noota.io/pricing). A free tier exists for note-taking.
Two points need checking. Its security page states storage on Google Cloud Platform, in European datacenters (France, Belgium, the Netherlands), and a SOC 2 Type II certification announced as in progress, with an audit planned for the second half of 2025 according to the same page (noota.io/security). On September 23, the pricing page showed two grids that do not match: 29 and 49 for the notetaker in the cards, with no currency, $19 and $39 in the comparison table, and Noota Talent at $299 or $199 per user per month depending on the block. Enterprise is on quote from 50 licenses.
Leexi meets the needs of a team looking for a French-language meeting notetaker for all its calls, interviews included.
The vendor is Leexi SA, based in Brussels. The offer covers transcription in more than 100 languages, an assistant that queries one or several meetings, a knowledge base and, on the Business plan, syncing summaries to a CRM or an ATS (leexi.ai/fr/tarifs). Leexi is ISO 27001 certified and states that it keeps all its data in Europe (leexi.ai). Default hosting is AWS France, with a paid Scaleway option (leexi.ai/fr/tarifs).
On the other hand, the pages we consulted describe a general-purpose meeting tool, with no search across a candidate talent pool. Prices are shown in dollars excluding VAT, from $12 to $39 per license per month billed annually, plus $5 for the Scaleway option.
BrightHire is better suited to a large recruitment team that structures its interviews around scorecards and wants to automate the first round.
BrightHire was acquired by Zoom in December 2025 and is still sold as a separate brand (zoom.com). The platform covers interview plan preparation, AI notes, filling in scorecards in the ATS, an assistant for questions about candidates and, on the Teams plan, a candidate rediscovery agent (brighthire.com/pricing). BrightHire Screen runs asynchronous interviews and produces scores according to your scorecards. BrightHire is SOC 2 Type II certified, declares itself GDPR compliant and has its bias audited by a third party (brighthire.com).
No prices are published, and everything goes through a demo. The platform advertises interviews in more than 30 languages without naming French, and the location of candidate data is not stated on the pages we consulted.

A team that works in English and wants a single platform, from web sourcing to notes, has little reason to leave Metaview. To fill the top of the pipeline with external profiles first, Noota covers ground that Hirify does not. Leexi is a better fit than a recruitment tool when the need covers every meeting in the company, and BrightHire speaks to large organizations that score their interviews against a scorecard.
